Over the last couple of years I’ve had the pleasure to photograph some amazing outdoor weddings at The Cranberry Resort in Collingwood, Ontario.
For those who don’t know Collingwood, I would highly recommend heading up there this summer….. or winter if you’re a skier/snowboarding couple. There’s so much to do and it’s a beautiful area!
If you’re thinking of getting married in Collingwood, The Cranberry Resort is worth checking out. It’s got an amazing outdoor ceremony location that faces the water and marina, with giant willow trees in the background. While indoors is all naturally lit and bright during the day and warm in the evenings with candle lit dinners and colorful centre pieces. In my experience, I have found these weddings to have a very beachy-cottage vibe. Making for a relaxed and fun environment. Another perk this Collingwood wedding venue has is the landscaping in the front and back yards. It’s shaded for hot summer days and makes for the perfect backdrop for family and wedding party photos.
